:hi:

I have this domain name that I just recently purchased (www.sweetdreamz.net) and parked at Sedo which currently have 210 uniques (since December 28, 2006) but is getting no clicks; I tried optimizing it with a keyword that might be appropriate for the name (sex and now live chat), but I also thought that another name could bring me the clicks that I'm searching for (maybe: sleepwear, matresses or whatever). Any suggestions...I'm new at this (the domain biz)?
Thanx!

This is not a type in name so the only traffic you are going to get is off of old back links. Looking at the way back machine it looks like it was the personal site of a young teenage person. I do not think you will get a good CTR ever with this site. My suggestion would be to develop it.

I may be off the mark but the majority of your traffic is probably from search engine bots and not actual people. You could look into obtaining a web tracking and statistics program to learn more about your โ€˜visitorsโ€™.

If you are getting โ€˜human hitsโ€™ they may be turned off by the parked site. Speaking from personal experience, I donโ€™t think I have ever hit a link from a parked site.

Sounds like jerdeiโ€™s suggestion to develop the site is your best route.

sell it for more than you bought it for.

I would definitely take that thing about leapfish thing off of their. Because domainers do not put much stock into leapfish. I would definitely develop it as well.

Thanks to all for the suggestions...I've weighed both options, but I tend to lean more toward selling it (not much time for developing any of my names).
