Friends, please help appraise this domain. I am getting conflicting offers on it and will like to know what is a realistic price for it. Thanks in advance.

I actually got $400 as the highest offer so far but a friend told me he sold a similar name much higher than that and this got me undecided to sell it for $400. Is that a mistake? If you don't mind, how did you arrive by the $200 figure?

The way I arrived at it was just experience and gut feeling. Personally I would definitely sell it for $400 if that helps.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate your sincerity. Now, I wish I had sold it when I got that offer. Anyway, Ihave placed its price now at $200 even though Estibot says it is worth $270 now. Thanks once again.
