Usually I don't look fondly on three word domain names, but this one is a short and easy to remember phrase, so I'd say mid to high $xx range undeveloped.

I thought about the name again and I have to revise my first appraisal. I think the length of the name really hurts it, so maybe low to mid $xx to the right buyer.

Personaly, I think Reg.Fee. I say this because of the .org. It's a nice name, could be of a low 2 figure value, I just think the .org takes away from it.

Agree, doesn't really fit the .org tld.
