Established Looking to trade Domains 4 Site or Forum

Hello,
I am looking to trade the two domains www.uploadshack.com and www.ipodjunk.com and www.domainsprospect.com for a small not much traffic site or forum. Here are my require ments.

Site:
1. Must get some traffic.
2. Must have a good domain and be realted to hosting,ipods,games,software,anything else intresting. Perferably php scripts or a php scripts. Or web design! No clan websites!
3. Must have full design (subpages not included) (psd of design would be nice)

Forum:
1. Must have some traffic.
2. Must have some members.
3. Must have skin. (sorry but I would like this.)
4. Must be ib,phpbb,vb forums.
5. MUST BE RELATED TO:
Hosting, PHP Scripts,Programming,Software,Gadgets (pda's,ipod's,etc), Domains, Web Design, Anything else intresting

Thats all for forums.

I am currently broke as I donated alot to Asia stuff. So just domains will be offered. I can also work something out maybe php work or web design work also can be added if it is good.
