I would like to start a forum at http://xtreemsites.com but do not have the time to set one up. I am looking for someone to be the administrator of the forum and also be a moderator. The forum can be SMF or PHPBB. its which one you would be comfortable in.
I would be unable to pay until the site starts to make money then i would think about splitting the money with who(S) become the forum administrator. We can come to other arrangements. so pm if this is no good.
