As the title says.. I am looking to hire someone to design my a web template for a new site of myne. The designer needs to have experience, and proof of previous work.

The designer will be able to create me a PSD file containing a proffesional looking template. I have examples of work I like and stuff. If you are interested, please contact me on here or by MSN for more details.

My budget is around $80 - $100

I do not need it to be coded.
