Looking for windows with RDP enabled

Hi, Guys,

I need a windows with RDP enabled so that I can test my applications remotely.

It should allow 3-8 simultaneity connections, and allow users to install softwares freely.

Ideally it should be a dedicated operating system ( VPS is OK ), no third-party accounts are allowed here.

I will not use it as a server, just for remote graphic connections, So my budget is "as cheap as possible". It's a long term usage. and I will pay you by pp or mb monthly.
