Looking for website templates for 2 sites

Hello,

I am looking for website templates for a couple sites. I am interested to see what people can come up with. The pages each have to be coded to html, and load reasonably fast with the graphics.

The domain names are:

Farm-Machinery.com

Agri-Links.com (agriculture website links)

I have several other names, but am looking to further develop these two for now, so a doing good job here may lead to more work later.

Compensation: to be negotiated depending on quality of work. I am not going to make you rich, but you would be able to go out and eat.

I just need a template for each, I will do the content.
