O.K. the premise is very simple I need a site which is content based on user submissions much like Digg.com but covering a specific niche. I will provide a mock photoshop snapshot that I've created to further illustrate what I need (i.e. letting you see what a screencapture should look like of the completed sites homepage)
If after showing you the screen captures as well as links to similar sites you are clear on the project then we'll discuss costs.
I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL WEBSITE IS COMPLETE, I'M SORRY BUT I'M HARDLY GOING TO RUN AWAY ONCE WE'VE AGREED INITIAL TERMS.
