Looking for webdesign company

i'm looking a webdesign company to be partners with, i'll do hosting, i'll advise you for webdesign...

What would you do with your webdesign partener, why do you need/want one?

You might be better off investing the cash in your own design, most people i know who do this myself included have there own hosting and the small amount of cost for the hosting in no way justifys the cost of the design.

i'll place a
tab with webdesign on my site, there i will say i work with a company,
that will make the design (you company)for you (maybe make packages with hosting +
design).

sounds fairly interesting. so, i assume you will take some kind of 'finders fee' as it were for directing the work to the designer?
would you want the designer to have a similar link on their site?
also, how much work would you be able to drive towards the designer? etc. etc. the more details the better
