There used to be a company that made mildly offensive
T-shirts for kids. It stopped be cause of the controversy.
One of the Logos was something like:

"Boys are stupid, throw rocks at them."
It had a cartoon of a girl throwing a rock on it.

I think there is a market for these mildly offensive T-shirts.

And cartoons of cute baby animals with big eyes will
never go out of style with girls.

I hosted a contest and they designers on this board posted some great work... maybe you can look into doing the same
