Looking for someone who could install cgi proxy

Hello. I know of the whiteFyre script, however it does not support SSL sites such as email sites. So I heard this script ( http://www.jmarshall.com/tools/cgiproxy/ ) could do it if you follow the instructions to get SSL to work. Also I installed it once and could not add a template to it. So I am looking for someone who can put the url form on a template of my choice ( example site: schoolunblocker.com does it) and get the SSL feature to work. If you can do this please PM me with your asking price. Thanks
