Looking for some hosting

Well, Im currently with servage.net. I really like the pricing there and the features, Its just there not fast enough for me. So I am wondering if anyone can recommend me a host with the following requirements

-Little or no downtime
-Basic features (CGI, perl, php, mysql)
-No domain limit
-Low amout of storage (5-20gb?)
-High amout of bandwith (250gb+)

If you know any hosts that can fit these basic requirements, please reply and help me out. This will be used for my web-proxy service along with a few personal sites.
