Your budget is $7 per month? The requirements in your first post will run you around 300 bucks a month, and your budget is $7?

Not to sound harsh, but it sounds like you don't have a realistic idea regarding hosting.

A small shared hosting account is going to run you about 5-10 bucks a month. Reseller accounts are going to run you $20 a month at the cheaper places.

I would check out HostGator.com for a cheap account, they have decent support and they allow adult.

Also, mplayer is a movie player. It plays DVDs and other movies on a home computer. Not sure why you would want that on on a server.

Right but one of his requirements is mplayer. It's pretty clear that he doesn't know what he needs. Hostgator can set him up with cheap hosting to fit his budget, and they're not a "crappy ass host" which is pretty much what he's going to get for 7 bucks a month. They also allow adult. For such a small budget I think that's his only option.

syanto: Please post what you want to do with the hosting, are you starting a tube site? What exactly? That would help someone to point you in the right direction.

You don't need ffmpeg or flv2tool to run a tube. It's much faster to encode the videos on your home pc. also, adult sponsors will give you videos if you promote their paysites. Lots of them even host the videos for you, you just link it on your tube script.

I have my own dedicated server that runs me 100 bucks a month, but my buddy runs a tube site on hostgator just fine using their $7 deal.
