Looking for remote support solution...

Hi all,
I am looking for a web conferencing and remote support solution that would work on both PC and Mac. Actually I’m in need of a tool that can present my computer screen remotely. Does this solution exist? Please help.

There is a website RHUB Communications which provides the exact solution you need. The appliance provides remote access to my computers and web seminar application beside web conferencing and remote support to both PC and Mac. These applications are implemented as four meeting types in Turbo meeting. It bundles unique "view-only" feature along with Interactive modality allowing any user from any platform to join the meeting. I hope this meet your requirement.

At work we use Elluminate for exactly that. Not sure it can use a webcam though for webconferencing. But sound and screen yes it does, also has a blackboard and other tools.

Timbuktu is a traditional Mac tool which works with PC too, and Macs have a VNC server (Apple Remote Desktop) built-in-- You can install one on the PCs and have a uniform solution.
