Looking for reliable proxy network host

Title says it all.

I am not sure the exact requirements, it is my first time jumping up from a shared account.

Minimals:
5-10gb space
200-300gb bandwidth per month
unlimited domains, etc
cPanel (+WHM?)

Preferred to be in the US, but if not it is ok.

I am looking for under $100, but do your best!

MUST be very reliable and have support from more than just a 14 year old, I want very professional and knowledgeable support!

I want them to go fast, I am not sure what it takes for about 20-30 proxies to run efficiently. Give me a couple quotes if necessary.
