Looking for Php programmers and Designers

I am looking for php programmer and designer....You dont have too have both skills. If you are Designer and dont know php Still good if you are php coder but cant design also good.

I am looking for Php coder to work on few projects. An Arcade website which I need a new design and custom codeing done to an Exsisting website. A Forex Website which needs new Design and also custom programing done and custom designs for few other sites.

I wish to stress the following if you disregard this you will be ignored.

1) If you have current projects dont bother contacting me

2) If you and your team or is someone soliciting me your services of what your "team" can do dont bother contacting me you will be ignored.

3)You have to have previous work that you did to show me.

4) You have to be accurate with what you say if you cant do something then say you cant do it please dont make up things and waist both our times.

5) You have to have time to work on the project and let me know how long it will take you. If you dont have the time then dont bother contacting me I am not looking for someone to appear and disppear if you tell me you can work this amount of time a day and i dont see you for a couple of days without notice dont bother contacting me afterwords.

6) Be honest!

7) I am not looking for someone who say this will cost 20$ an hour and gona take 2 months to do at 8 hours a day I am telling you now....I WILL not pay 6,000$ or anything along those lines so dont bother contacting me.

I am sure this sounds stricit....But i am really tired of hireing someone and then the projects never get finished and person reappears after a while and tells me new guildlines. If you want the job do it if not dont bother I am not gona tolerate working with someone for 2 months and nothing gets done any more.

If you really looking for work you are a freelancer you can do the job in timely manner you can be honest tell me how it is....And actually have the time of day to work on it without disppearing for days without notice then contact me.

The jobs are Custom Programing work and design work. I will not release any of the job info untill i feel that i should hire you the reason being i dont want to get into details with every single person unless i am hireing you. I will hire more then 1 person. Ask me questions but meet the guildlines above.

I second you on this.There are clients who do not respond to any emails, they do not provide any updates as they themselves do not have adequate information and the project goes nowhere. Time passes by and they think that the developer isn't good and they try to hire another one with all the terms and conditions to be followed as per their requirements.IMO if you want quality work done in the given time the client should provide with all the necessary information as and when needed.The only concern is all such things spoil the reputation of the developer rather then the client.
