Looking For PHP/MySQL Programmer/Web-Designer, Cash waiting!!!

Hi All,

I'm currently looking for someone to code/design a fully operational BitTorrent site like the one found here http://torrentspy.com but in PHP/MySQL.

The coding/design need's to be a dark colored theme like main background color #111111 and text #FFFFFF and as I don't intend to run a tracker it need's to be coded so that all visitors can upload torrents from any tracker they wish.

(just like the one at http://torrentspy.com)

It also need's to have a fully operational member's login and an admin panel.

(remember I only want to index the torrents) I have no intentions in using a tracker.

I am willing to pay good money for this, so if you feel up to the challenge please post a quote of how much you would be willing to do it for and how long it would take you to complete.
