I am looking for 5 level deep (with 10 downline each)PHP (forced)matrix script.
It has to come with spillover feature and random referral feature.
Each member joining the matrix will need to activate his/her account by sending the money to the admin (the account will put on hold until the member is confirmed paying).

My budget is 100 USD, can't pay more than that.
