Looking for PHP freelancers

I'm looking for PHP freelancers to do simple jobs for me for $10-$200 each job. I need advanced PHP programmers, if you don't know what is file_get_contents, then don't come to me. Sorry to be harsh but i'm after serious PHP programmers ONLY.

Just letting you know that file_get_contents is not a hard function at all.. any basic programmer can use it..

Yeh, i know, it's just an example, but you'd be surprised how many php users are not aware of that function.

That's quite incorrect. File() feeds a file/url into an array. File_get_contents feeds it into a regular string.
