Looking for partner. - Restaurant site.

I am looking for a partner to help with the creation and well being of a project idea i have. The idea will to create a website that indexes restaurants and their menus. Sort of like www.restaurant.com. However I have an idea that will make it more dynamic and create a higher revenue percentage.

PHP / MySQL
Adobe Photoshop
XML / CSS Style Sheets
