Looking for ad-network with low entry / api support

Hey guys, Im working on a site that requires programatic advertising / multi tenants where i can spin up domains on the fly through api calls. Most of the advertising that I have found only offer manual domain submission (propeller , and a few others forgot off hand)

does anyone know or better yet work at an entry level adexchange or network with the features stated above.

lol i always get nervous when i see a response from AMT or BMT =).

Well im working on a site Similar to parking but I need to be able to isolate each tennant of the systems adverts as seperate entities on the advertising side ... ie maybe one tennant isnt using a banner but rather a video preroll.

I need something that has a full rest api, not just something that has a few endpoints exposed. I havent been back here in a while and figured what better place to check in and see if anyone has any info.

If this gets anywhere then it will go into more detail but right now it's still on the low, so to speak.
