Looking for Minisite Designers

I'm looking for minisite designers. You must be top class with a high level of experience in Photoshop and be capable of creating "eye popping" designs.

You need to be able to show me that you have worked in the Internet Marketing field and have a portfolio available.

Please don't send me links to half assed, last decade designs that my grandmother could mock-up with a crayon! This is 2010 and we need top presentation that's clear and concise! Please let's not waste each others time

If you are a new designer just trying to break into this area, I'll be happy to look at whatever work you can show me, but the most important thing is that you need to be able to work to deadlines and not get upset if your work is rejected first time round.

Also a mini-site to treat a particular subject and it covers well with good contents, it is better to be one field for the credibility of looking up a spam site with subjects randomly / design and no thought processes evident. At the end of the day a mini-site well must be able to keep himself, and if the content is good then it can also get natural links.
