Looking For Hosting

I need some hosting with very limited T.O.S. I need to be able to have:

IRC Software
Pornographic material (no children)

I am looking for the maximum space and bandwith I can get for my buck. Also, cPanel is a must with me ;3 Unlimited mySQL databases and users, emails, addon domains, etc.

I doubt if you find any shared hosting with IRC allowed. WOuld you consider a VPS intead?
