Looking For Help With Contact Form

I was wanted to find or have someone help with making a contact form for a site I own.

I tried a few of the free places of PHP and at least the one I found I never got to work.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated

Search forms in google, you'll find all the help you need. Make sure the sending script is working correctly, and that you have a recipient set and thats basically it.
