Looking for help in development

hello,

i'm looking for a person who might be interested in developing a site about babies, more specific , babyblogs, online birthcards, etc.
the person i'm looking for has to help me design the layouts for customers and their site.
I'm planning on starting a serious bussines in this, starting of in belgium ( dutch) but i hope to expand it internationally.

what's in it for you.....

simple , a longterm and durable partnership where all income will be devided . the details will off course be discussed with the interested.

i'm not asking to invest money in my project , i take care of that part.

what i'm looking for is someone who is interested in starting up a bussiness that will make some money for sure and know a thing or 2 about designing
