Hi

Do you know of any good credit card affiliate programs? There seems to be so many and I've had some bad dealings with forex affiliates ("the cheque is in the mail..."), so your opinions would be appreciated.

I have two .ca domains with ovt over 100,000 in this niche and would like to develop them.

Thanks
Roy

LOL...

Jeffoverman, just how do you get to 700+ posts here at NP and not pick up at least a little website building knowledge?!?!? (I'm busting your chops and not trying to be mean.... :hehe: )

I believe Credit Land/Acclaim does offer free (???) site hosting on their servers which I'm guessing won't require you to do much more than check the appropriate boxes in your Credit Land control panel, upload a logo and then point your domain(s) at their server. "Acclaim Alex", please confirm or correct me if I'm wrong on any of this.

On the other hand, if you want to actually host your site on your own server space, I'll be happy to help (it's quite simple) but the first thing you're going to need is some server space on which to place your site/code. Do you have this? If not, you'll need to get some. It will probably cost you anywhere from $5 to $xx per month depending on what your long range plans are for this and any other site you plan on developing. Once we have this answered, we can go from there.

Keep in mind that if this is your first "real" website, odds are you may not see any income for at least a few months -- and possibly longer. If the domain(s) you have does/do not get a lot of natural type-in traffic, you will have to spend some time and possibly money promoting it/them until they start generating some return.

Hi. Thanks for reply.

I have done zero affilate. Believe it or not I don't realy have the know how to do copy and paste codes.

Now 4 years ago I have done a web site using front page and did well at that and hosted at godaddy.

But that's the best I can do. I don't get this

If they can supply free hosting then that's great. I am game!

Will let you know. Thanks for help even if you think every domainer knows codes lol. I am on my crackberry and on mobi now. Would give you smiley face but can't when your on namepros.mobi.

No I don't have a server.

J

Update.

Been giving this some thought. I came to conclusion I will have to learn this through trial and error and will do this myself. I have a bunch of porn names and my names are getting traffic so if I learn this then I can set up my other credit names and porn stuff

Was trying avoid bringing a project to my web guy who is slammed with other jobs and work I have him doing.
Thanks for help.

I just got a cheque in the mail again this month from Acclaim Network. I'm only using it on one website at the moment and I have no complaints.

See my example here of their cut-and-paste used with existing template - Apply Credit Cards

I do have some concerns about Credit-land.com. but it's too early to call. I just started the program last month. but seems like there problem with no of clicks reported!

Credit-Land.com reports number of clicks with 24 hour delay. They are uploaded daily. So you will see yesterday's clicks today by running a report for yesterday. I hope this clears it up for you.
