I am looking for one or more Flash programmer / developers to work on some small projects from time to time. It's mostly going to be short-term work with a small budget.

I have flexible deadlines and a lot of patience, so if you want to start your own business doing Flash work, this could be a way to get started. Just don't say you will start something and then not finish it, ok?
