Looking for Escrow script

As title says, I'm looking for a script which allows me to run an escrow website (there's still much work to do outside US ).
Would love it to be a PHP/Mysql script.

PD: I found online a script by Alstrasoft, but it seems like there're a lot of complains about them online....

Please feel free to post/PM offers and suggestions.
