Looking for development partner on future project.

Hello,

I am looking for a development partner for a future project I am planning. I have a business plan all laid out that details what the site is, main advertising venues and maintanable revenue approaches. The partner(s) will be responsible on coding the backend of the site (making it work), while I will take care of the user interface, and setting up contacts for it.

I am also accepting initial funding for the project to help pay for advertising if you aren't a developer. The target funding ammount is $5000 for development and initital advertising.
