Looking For Designer!

I'm currently looking for designers that can help be design a team kit cycling set for my current cycling team. Samples of designs will be shown, and more information, team, and sponsor logos will be given to the designer in time to come. My budget for this project is around $50 -$100, depending on the complexity of the design.
