Looking for Designer for Design/Code Partnership

Hey,
I know there are many of you out there that are amazing designers, but not so top notch at coding. Well I am the opposite, even though I can design...my strong point is coding.
I would love to set up a nice professional/clean site where we can post our combined portfolio and take in jobs. We could either split all profits 50/50, or just take our fair share of the money.
I could host the website on my account. Also, I want you to know that I am only 13, but that doesn't get in the way of my professionalism and strive to perform good quality work. I have multiple contacts that you can ask this of.
I do not have many complete examples up, as it is hard to find jobs at a young age, but I will show you what I have on contact.
