Looking for as much traffic as possible!!!

I am trying to get as much traffic as possible to a site, and I'm not sure how to do it. I've tried bulk emailing, and got 4 visitors, and now im looking at sites like clicksor or buying adspace on other people's sites. If anybody has some advice on how to do this, or have some adspace they want to sell, please PM me. I'm paying through paypal only. Thanks!
