If you don't like negotiating, why don't you just set a reasonable BIN price and list on Afternic, Sedo and maybe use NamePros or Spaceship landers?

I have no idea what to set it or how it works, i need someone to help me step by step. I don't want to just assume how its done and possibly make a big mistake.

You signed up to NamePros back in 2016 and don't know how to use Afternic? Have you listed them on there?
Your domains use Atom Landers, so that's ticked off, just go and list them on Afternic as well, if not already done.....
I can't see any broker getting excited to sell these domains for you....

I've been a dormant user, I have not listed them on afternic no. Is it just as simple as setting a price? the thing is I don't know which evalution tool to use to set the prices?

I agree. List the domains on the 3-4 major marketplaces yourself and let some expire.
