Looking for a Web Designer / Programmer

I'm looking for a web designer and programmer to do a few changes too my website. Changes include design work and coding the design into the website and addon's and changes too an Os Commerce website.

Requirements:

Photoshop
Xhtml
Php
Os Commerce
some flash

Only the front page needs too be redesigned other wise everything stays the same. Other then the changes and addon's that requested.

Looking too get started ASAP. Please PM with your portfolio's. Rate's and when you are available too start and work on it.
