I'd suggest:
- Find a template you like that has a largish header image
e.g. http://www.free-css.com/assets/files/free-templates/preview/page10/rounded/
- Search http://sxc.hu for an unrestricted slot machine image
- Crop the image from sxc.hu and replace the image in the template
