I amlooking for a solution to help my website in advertisement. My site is FREE for everyone and thus I am not looking to really pay a lot for advertising. I am actually looking for free hosting if possible from other users. When my site is up it will help people learn, fix, possibly build their own systems. Not only that I will offer free web hosting to ANYONE who wants it. I will have a link specifically to a page containing anyone and everyone who wants to host for free. Because this site is free and still getting off I am looking for people to come to the site. Can anyone help me out?

You should start exchanging links with other sites. That is free. It just takes time.
