My name is Serge and I run a production site www.soslab.net. Well that is in the works, but what I am here for is I am looking for a good programmer, someone who is an expert in HTML, XHTML, DHTML, Java, PHP, MySQL. I have tried to code so many times and its something that just doesn't click with me but I am a designer and I am looking for a partner to work with me on a few projects and ofcourse pay is involved. My company that I just opened up a hosting company www.SynexHosting.com. I am looking for someone to help me design a new referall point system called "Cool Points" where everytime you get refered by someone who tries out our service you get cool points which you can use towards your hosting or buy some of the cool things to upgrade your business and website from our shop. Also well have a major jackpot where every cool point you recieve, the jackpot recieves. Then we will have a drawing for those cool points in like 3-5 months depending on how many points are in the system. I am a great designer and I have many ideas and plans on how to invest in certain businesses and this being my first webhosting company starting up I made sure I planned it out perfectly and I just don't want to come into this business and drop out like most webhosting companies. This is a beggining of great service and great support and also benefitial to you business. I also have other major projects such as www.ProducersHeaven.com which is another story and has alot of details and planning for over 6 months now. Design is done and very sexy lookin`. So please if you are interested in getting involved with someone (a designer) and make alot of money by working together on developing new companies and ideas please contact me.
