Looking for a partner (PHP knowledge, a MUST)

I am starting up a company like phpfox.com. I am selling a php script. At this moment it is being created. The reason why I'm looking for a partner is because I don't have an extensive knowledge of PHP etc.. What I need in a partner is this. The partner would give support on the site/forums etc.. Modify/add components to this script (example, newer version etc..). Thats pretty much all I need also some initial investment and if you can design templates etc.. is a plus. What I'm thinking, is a %40/%60 split, I get %60 the partner gets %40. But that is all negotiable.. I just found that these sites like phpfox get customers. I saw a site called called hikut.com using their software
