Looking for a image script

i am looking for a image script that is like the hot or not sites but where you don't have to sign up to upload pictures...ive been looking but all i see are ones you have to sign up for...

i would also like to be able to just upload alot of pictures via ftp as another option of the admin

He wants an image poll script where there are 10 buttons under a picture and you click one to rate it from 1-10 then it brings you to the next page and displayes the last picture on the side with its rating. hotornot.com

yes that is what she wants but where you don't sign up, because it wont be pictures of just a person, it will be for more of joke images
