Looking for a good client intranet script

I've been googling for a good client intranet script for a few hours straight now and the best I've found is BaseCamp (really nice software, by the way) but I need something that can keep track of hourly time spent and attach that to an hourly rate so the clients know where their money is being used. I figured this would be a good place to look to find some people with previous knowledge on the subject... anyone know of a good script? Preferably PHP. Thanks
