I can imagine it either being very rubbish, or very hard to find.

There are no such things as free scripts on the internet, if of course you want them to do something practical.

Try looking on scripting websites, or sourceforge.net, but you may very well have to hire someone for this job.

Im not sure what your opinion of cheap is but http://www.phparcadescript.com/ has their script for sale for $30 with 150 games.
