20 cents per post is kind of steep.
Especially since you didn't specify any references, how many users, minimum words per post, number of threads, etc....

Im a good quality post writer, sometimes i write essays and sometimes i only write 3-4 lines so there is no minimum. I have posted at may large forums and own my own forum so know what it takes to get a forum off the ground and get users posting alot more. I will be the only user but i can get alot of people i know to sign up to it for extra $ but that is your choice. Interested in hiring me then?
