Looking for a flash designer and CSS coder

I want to build a template for my portfolio. However, I cant code or do flash.
I am looking for one individual who can do both CSS or xhtml, I'm not sure which one is needed, along with flash development.

More specifically, this will be a very short job. Perhaps no more than 5 flash animations, simple (subject to change)
and simple coding with just a few links etc.
