Looking for a domain broker in NY

I have a client that want to get a certain domain name.
I have contacted the email in the whois, but the owner doesn't reply.
using domaintools, the owner is in NY & seems to be familiar with the domain business, as the domain name is parked & he owns several domains.
I am hoping to find someone from namepros community, preferably in NY, who knows this person & willing to broker a sale.
I can't post the name in this post, but if you pm me I'll let you know.
please pm me only if you are seriously willing and able to broker a sale.

It would probably be highly unlikely that anyone here knows that person, unless he/she's a very well known person in the industry or a member on this board.

Have you tried calling the phone number in the Whois?

Maybe if the owner doesn't respond, he/she isn't interested in selling.

the whois has the following company as the registrant "Jeffrey Matthews Ltd"

maybe someone knows this company/person...

I've tried the phone nos i found, but no body picks up the phone.
