Sorry I obviously put this in the wrong place 
I am a photgrapher/designer by trade, Domainer by addiction. I have many skills but coding and developing is not one of my best. I have gotten to a point where buying several new names a day is not a viable option anymore. I need to develop my names.
I can create very attractive sites but they lack in interactivity and as a result its hard to get repeat users. I can read code an tweak it a little. I wanted to take some time to learn php and html in depth but I have been too busy to actually do it. I have been stuck in wysiwyg editors for the most part. I use istockphoto to get intersting images and logo designs. Then I merge it all together on photoshop in an eye pleaseing manner. Its not as easy as it sounds, trust me! it has taken years of learning and hands on experience to meld in just the way you envisioned.
Here is a site that I put together entirely from images available at istockphoto for one of my .TVs - please bare in mind that I put this up in about a week and is very, very, unfinished. Maybe against RSS TOS - I will be taking it down in favor of better development anyway. www.fightchannel.tv - What I want to point out is: I created a custom background image, custom Logo and custom buttons. It took at least 8 images from istockphoto. When you click into the MMA pages and the respective organizations there is also custom fighter buttons not yet in use (site is unfinished). Here is another site that I put together from front to back. www.vercellishapes.com - Still underconstruction - I shot all of the "product" images and the "shaper" image plus I created majority of the graphics with the exception of a few.
What I bring to the table:
- CUSTOM: Image headers, Background images, Logos, Buttons,
- Quick turnaround
- Retouching of any existing image
- compositing
- Eye for detail and the ability to give constructive feedback with ideas for design changes.
- The ability to implement those changes.
- reliable and available
- honest
- replies to emails
- What I am looking for in a partner:
- Somone to setup my own databases on own hosting.
- Someone to install Media scripts i.e. : youtube scripts, me.tv, any PHP that may be needed
- Someone to tweak the scripts and integrate my custom images where I need them. (very important)

If you know how to do these things I am interested in talking to you! As mentioned before in other threads sometimes its just easier to hire someone. Well cost is an issue to me. I am a photographer and it takes me forever to extract money from clients. I have major peaks and valleys - so a mutually beneficial partnership is more cost effective.
