Looking for a Developer for a Mortgage website

I'm currently looking to hire a developer to create a custom website for me. The theme of the site would be for a small mortgage company. The website would mainly serve to give information about the company, services, etc. I estimate the site to have roughly 5 to 6 pages.

• Need website design from start to finish, including logos.
• Website should be custom designed and original!
• Website should not be made using a template!
• Content (text) should easily be customizable once finished.
• Website design should be clean and uncluttered.
• Website should load quickly onto the viewer's browser.
• Since trust is an important issue, I will only hire developers who are established members of NP.

These are the general guidelines. I will give you more details if you are hired.
