Moderator Requirements:

• Expect to participate actively in the forums themselves, at least 7 hours a week.
• Able to help/answer members
• Experience with any sort of forum software
• Able to work with other people
• Mature attitude
• Know this website will work
• Believe in me and the team
• Creative and comes up with new ideas to improve site
• Have been regular or semi-regular readers of this site or any car forums for at least 90 days & at least 100 posts. (If you are a programmer/designer it will be a very big plus)

Benefits:

• Moderators will share 30% of the net income from AWDforums.com.
• I will give the team monthly statistics and reports.
  

I got a reasonable budget to pay off all expenses up to the first year. After six months I expect the website to make money to pay for the expenses and make income.
