My client would like to buy a website (domain and site plus all rights transferred to him) that is 1998 or older.

It doesnt have to generate income but the important thing is it was created 1998 or ealier.

Actually my client didnt specify any type of website as long as there is good content (perhaps no porn) and the site doesnt have to be income generating.

He is looking for websites like http://marsacademy.com

I think he just like it created 1998 maybe because it has been possibly visited already by lots of people

Well does the content have to be from 1999 or older or just the domain?

It should be both domain and content.. But if you cant do with content the domain will do. In that case the traffic should be good and generates lots of visitors.

So anyone has this?
