What you will get: A homepage footer link on a strong PR4 site that currently has 0 outbound links on it and received 2-3k visitors per month and growing.
What I expect in return: At least a homepage footer link on a nicely developed unique webmaster/domain/hosting related site that will send traffic. PR is not of huge importance but targeted traffic is. No sites that have tons of outbound links on their page, get little traffic, or have PR0.
